The Concourse Event Center & Lofts was established in 2019.Curated for people to celebrate their special moments in life; weddings, birthday parties, proms, vendor shows, graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, church events and and much more. Our private lofts provide the opportunity and freedom for entrepreneurs to operate their businesses.

As most would agree, many banquet halls that allow outside food generally lack in style, amenities and sufficient space. At The Concourse Event Center & Lofts we are changing the narrative by providing a beautiful, contemporary, open space that will make your event above average.

Our event space will be equipped with:

Kitchenette
Restrooms
Mounted TVs
Round and Rectangle Tables
Banquet Chairs
Light Dimmers
45 Free Off Street Parking spaces

and we house a maximum capacity of 125 seated guests.

Our newly renovated building will house an event center on the lower level 10 private lofts for lease on the upper level for stylists, barbers, nail technicians, estheticians, massage therapist and more

We also offer a referral fee program for event planners!
