When will TCEC be available to reserve?

The Concourse Event Center will began taking reservations in July for AUGUST 2020 events.

What are the Lofts for and when will they be available?

The Concourse Lofts are private lofts leased to those in the beauty industry; stylists, barbers, estheticians, massage therapists etc. The lofts will be available to reserve in December 2023.

Do you have an area for clients to get dressed for weddings?

Yes, we will have a "Bridal Suite" available on the 2nd level beginning December 2023 for an additional rate.

Are we able to setup the day before our event?

If there are no events scheduled prior to your event, we will consider allowing setup. This is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of our Director along with an associated fee.

What are the rental rates?

Monday-Thursday; 3 Hour minimum, $100 per hour, $75.00 each additional hour

Friday & Sunday; 6 Hour minimum, $575.00, $75.00 each additional hour

Saturday; 6 Hour minimum, $675.00, $75.00 each additional hour

$125.00 Refundable Security Deposit after event.

** Security Deposits will be ready for pick up the following Tuesday or Thursday after your event**

ALL BALANCES ARE DUE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT-NO EXCEPTIONS. IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE YOU FORFEIT ANY FUNDS PAID. RESCHEDULING MAY BE CONSIDERED.

What will happen to our funds if we are forced into another quarantine?

All funds will remain with TCEC and every event will be rescheduled for an available date of your choosing.
